# Hyperball package — provenance and rights boundary

This package prepares the approved species-variant preview for content-addressed storage. It is not an NFT deployment, mint receipt, pinning receipt, sale authorization or rights clearance.

The 512×512 PNGs are byte-identical copies of the approved Hyperball-NFT-Preview render outputs. Changes relative to upstream sprites are static Idle-frame selection, nearest-neighbor scaling and composition on original game meadow terrain.

SpriteCollab / PMDCollab and the contributing artists are credited in credits/ARTIST-CREDITS.md, copied verbatim from the supplied source. The source attributes sprites under CC BY-NC 4.0 (noncommercial attribution). The table is species-level source attribution, not proof that each listed artist authored a particular exported frame. The original source-code LICENSE is preserved in credits/LICENSE; it is not an artwork or underlying-character license.

Pokémon and related characters, names and marks belong to Nintendo, Creatures Inc., GAME FREAK and The Pokémon Company, as applicable. No affiliation, endorsement, ownership transfer, NFT/tokenization permission or commercial permission is granted or inferred. Rights review and appropriate permissions remain separate prerequisites for broader use.

credits/PREVIEW-CREDITS.md is historical provenance copied unchanged from the preview; its original private-demo scope is not a claim about this package's later publication status. Unrelated preview fonts, loader and code assets discussed there are not included here.

There is one metadata JSON per catalog species/variant, not per unique on-chain token. Filenames preserve stable dex and dex-shiny keys. No supply, price, network, reward entitlement or unique token-number claim is made. Stats and rarity tiers are source game traits.

Each metadata image field references the genuine independently imported image file CID. The same image is linked by the images directory within the one root DAG. No root CID is embedded in its own content.
